International Data Transfers

The following information is inserted at the end of clause 4.5:

By providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to the disclosure of your Personal Information outside Australia. You also acknowledge that by consenting to us disclosing your Personal Information to overseas recipients, APP 8.1 will not apply to the disclosure (which means that we are not obliged under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) to take reasonable steps to ensure that an overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”), we will not be liable under the Privacy Act if the recipient does not act consistently with the APPs and you will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act).

A new clause 17 is inserted as follows:

17. Complaints

If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or any concerns of complaints regarding breaches of the Privacy Act or any registered code we are bound by, we invite you to contact us (details are found under ‘Contact us’ below).

We will aim to answer your question, concern, request or complaint in a timely and satisfactory manner. If we cannot resolve the matter at the point of first contact, a representative will be in contact within a reasonable time to advise:

• who will be handling your enquiry; and
• the estimated timeframe for our investigations.
